With an extensive experience of over 20 years, Mr Neeraj Khanna, founder and CEO of Oxper Martech, has catapulted to the forefront of B2B marketing in India. Grounded in the ‘inbound’ notion, he believes that marketers need to respect prospects. By using non-interruptive messaging, resonating & snackable content while acknowledging the customer journey, small steps need to be an integral part of any marketing strategy.

Being in B2C till 2017, helping clients ranging from conglomerates to small astrologers, Neeraj has always been a Tech driven professional. A SaaS Enthusiast always feels strongly about the power of technology. Digital marketing was kind of failing to deliver, B2B was struggling to adopt digital and the advent of MarTech, looked like an appropriate opportunity for him to start Oxper.
 
Instead of being passive recipients of one-way communication, he realised B2B customers, today, are in the driver’s seat, empowered and armed to the teeth with information. Rather than making them unwilling recipients of untargeted, ‘broadcast’ marketing, he believes in taking a hyper-personalized approach to win over key accounts.
             
Within 2 years of operations, Oxper Martech has been able to acquire clients like Airtel, John Deere, Mahindra and Ion Exchange. Using various Martech tools and prosperity technology Oxper has been able to establish itself as one of the Leading Acoount Based Marketing Agencies based out of India.
 
His Vision is to take Oxper overseas with a presence in US and Uk in the next 2 years.
